You can add an existing type attribute as the attribute of a new parent type. To do this, go to Rules and select Add Attribute from the right-click menu of the attribute icon of the new parent; then choose the existing attribute name in the combo-box of the Type Attribute Properties window.
It is also possible to copy an existing attribute to a new parent by a simple drag-and-drop in the Rules panel.
