If you have a problem with arKItect, please follow these steps:

  1. If you are not an arKItect administrator, report your problem to the person in charge of your arKItect installation and ask them to follow up on the issue.
  2. Check our Frequently Asked Questions for a solution to your problem.
  3. If you are having problems with a feature or a functionality, please take a look at the appropriate guides:
