In the right-click menu of Filters, we have a Set Visible option. The Set Visible option should be unchecked in the case of parent filters that are merely used as an aid to create subfilters; the projections created by the parent filters themselves contain too many objects and are not intended to be used for visualization.
When the Set Visible option is unchecked, the filter in question is not seen in the filter list of the Navigation Panel of the Home Category.
The visibility can also be controlled through Filter Properties.
Filter folders can also be set invisible. This tool can be used to change the order of filters in the Navigation Panel of the Home Category. For more information on folders, see Defining Filters.
